Terms and Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Newhall Fencing Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images on our website. However, as many of our products are made from natural materials, slight variations in colour, grain, and texture may occur. This is normal and does not constitute a defect.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are charged at the price at the time of order.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards. For trade accounts with alternative payment arrangements, please contact us directly.
5. Delivery
We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our Sutton Coldfield depot using our own vehicles. Delivery is to kerbside only, we do not deliver to back gardens. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. A member of our team will contact you with a delivery date.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery. If you believe your order is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds for faulty goods will be issued once the fault has been confirmed.
7. Bespoke Orders
Made-to-measure gates and other bespoke items are manufactured to your specifications. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Lead times for bespoke items vary, we will advise at the time of order.
8. Liability
Newhall Fencing Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
