Where Do We Deliver?
Our team delivers using our own vehicles within a 20-mile radius of our Sutton Coldfield depot. This covers most of the West Midlands including Birmingham, Solihull, Tamworth, Lichfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and surrounding areas.
- Own Vehicles: we use our own delivery fleet
- Delivery hours: Mon to Fri 7:30am to 5pm, Sat 7:30am to 4pm
- 20-mile radius: from our Sutton Coldfield depot
- £20 delivery: inc VAT, added at checkout
When Will I Receive My Order?
Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to advise of the anticipated delivery date. Please bear in mind the majority of our goods are bespoke items and lead times will significantly differ on different products.
How Does Delivery Work?
Delivery is to kerbside only. This means we will leave your goods as close to the front of your property as possible without them being on the pavement or road, for example a front lawn or driveway.
Important
We do not deliver to back gardens. All goods are left at the front of the property. Please ensure adequate access is available for our delivery vehicle.
Payment
Payments are due upon immediate checkout. Returns are not accepted for goods unless they are faulty, due to the bespoke nature of our work. If you have any issues with a product, please contact us straight away.
