Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our Sutton Coldfield depot using our own vehicles. This covers Birmingham, Solihull, Tamworth, Lichfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. Deliveries are made 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30am to 4pm on Saturday.

How does delivery work?

Delivery is kerbside only. We leave your goods at the front of your property (for example, lawn or driveway). We do not deliver to back gardens. Once ordered, we'll contact you with your delivery date.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat £20 including VAT, added automatically at checkout. We deliver on our own vehicles within a 20 mile radius of our Sutton Coldfield depot. For large or bulk orders, call us on 07943 234154 and we will quote you directly.

Do you make bespoke products?

Yes. Bespoke products are our speciality. We make made-to-measure gates, custom fence panels, and other tailored products. Contact us with your requirements for a quote. Lead times vary by product.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm. Saturday, 7:30am to 4pm. Closed Sunday. You can visit our depot, call us on 07943 234154, or email sales@newhallfencing.co.uk.

Do you supply to trade?

Absolutely. We supply both the public and trade customers, including 5-star building sites. Contact us for trade pricing and bulk discounts.

Can I return products?

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products, returns are not accepted unless goods are faulty. If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately and we'll resolve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are due upon immediate checkout. We accept all major payment methods. For trade accounts with alternative payment terms, please get in touch to discuss.

What is colour pigmented concrete?

Our colour pigmented concrete products are standard concrete posts and gravel boards with colour added during manufacturing, giving them a more attractive finish that blends with your garden. Available in a range of colours, check our product range or contact us.
